Anthony J. Melodia, Jr., 82, of Greensburg, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Friday, March 31, 2023, in his home. He was born February 24, 1941, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Anthony J. Sr. and Linda (Perugini) Melodia. Anthony had worked in the financial services industry and he was an Army veteran. He enjoyed horseback riding, playing cards, and sports, especially baseball and football. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane Melodia; and three siblings, Irma Jean Irwin, Christine Lau, and infant Ronald. He is survived by his son, Anthony J. Melodia, III; his daughter, Therese Melodia; four grandchildren, Mark Melodia, Autumn Melodia, Samantha Melodia, and Madeline Jean Melodia; his great-granddaughter, Caliope Edwards; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no public visitation. All services and interment are private. LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg assisted with arrangements.
