Ann (Todorich) Hickle

Ann (Todorich) “Nanny” Hickle, 90, of Hunker, died Monday, April 6, 2026. She was born October 29, 1935, in Forbes Road, a daughter of the late Milos and Sophie (Hrstich) Todorich.

Ann worked as a Dental Office Manager and was known by the patients as a friendly face and was dedicated to creating a warm environment for the patients. Nanny loved to travel with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed annual trips to Jersey Shore, cruising to the Caribbean and always reflected on her trip to Europe. She also enjoyed painting ceramics.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Fred W. Hickle, Jr.; her daughter-in-law, Vickie Hickle; her brother, Pete Todorich; and two sisters, Mildred Sabo and Stella Krivokuca. She is survived by her son, Fred W. Hickle, III; and two daughters, Cindy Soccio (Mark) and Suzanne Lambert (Phil). She was a special “Nanny” and treasured her time with her five grandchildren, Sydney Hickle, Scott Soccio, Eric Soccio, Kellie Lambert and Ryan Lambert. She enjoyed going on vacations, playing cards and baking cookies with them. She leaves a legacy of love and kindness that will live through them. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 3 to 7 PM Sunday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral service will be held at 10 AM Monday in the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hunker Volunteer Fire Department, 468 Walnut Ave, Hunker, PA 15639. www.bachafh.com
