William A. Chulik, 66, of Harrison City, died Wednesday, July 19, 2017 in the William Penn Care Center.  He was born July 23, 1950 in Greensburg, a son of the late William P. and Helen M. (Macey) Chulik.  Prior to retirement he had been employed by Nuclear Automation and Penn State Tool and Die.  He was a member of Calvin Presbyterian PCU., North Huntingdon.  He is survived by his wife: Cynthia A. (Wyley) Chulik; and their son: Adam Chulik at home.  There will be no public visitation.  An interment service will be held at a later date.  LEO M.
