Thomas G. Spor

Thomas G. Spor, 82, of Greensburg, died Friday, December 7, 2018 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.  He was born May 25, 1936 in Hempfield Township, a son of the late Charles William and Ethel M. (Montgomery) Spor.  Prior to retirement he had been employed by Ross Mould in Washington, PA.  He was a member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg, Roosevelt Club of Hempfield Township, Greensburg Moose, S.N.P.J. Club of Carbon, American Legion of Manor; and Hempfield Hunt Club.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Ethelreda Brandanio and Theresa J. Loughner; 4 brothers: Bernard, Charles, Joseph Robert and John Spor. He is survived by his sister, Bernice Pushnik and husband Jerome, of Greensburg and several nieces.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral liturgy will begin at 11 AM Wednesday in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park. www.bachafh.com
