Shirley L. Wallace, 79, of Unity Township, died Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at Greensburg Care Center, Hempfield Township. She was born Sept. 18, 1937, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late John J. and Kathryn L. (Shuey) Leonard. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Trauger. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel G. Wallace; and her brother, Carl Leonard. She is survived by two children, Gregory D. Wallace and Shirl Ann Wallace, both of Unity Township; and five nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity, where funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Michael A. Alfieri, chaplain of Grane Hospice, officiating.
