Margaret Ann “Peggy” (Borneman) Goodwin, 80, of Jeannette, passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 in Nature Park Commons, Greensburg surrounded by her family.  She was born September 17, 1937 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (Schwoebel) Borneman.  She was Catholic by faith.  Peggy was very proud of the business that she owned for many years, P-A Auto Tag and loved her job at the New Team Kunkles, Delmont, which followed.  She loved to sing and play guitar; country music was her passion.  She loved animals and always held a special place in her heart for her two dogs, Lacey and Mika, and her two cats, Maggie and Sammy.  Peggy was happiest when she was spending time with her family and always made holidays special with her home-cooked meals.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Cynthia A. “Cindy” Evagues.  She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Zancha and Jani Singleton both of Greensburg; and four grandchildren, Andrea Zancha, Holli Zancha, Megan Kopa (Dan) and Christopher Zancha (Carly).  She is also surived by her great-grandson whom she adored, Logan Kopa; one anticipated great-grandchild; her brother, Kenneth Borneman of Pittsburgh; her niece, Sr. Debbie Borneman; and her nephew, Richard Borneman.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Monday at the LEO M.
