Lenora J. Thomas

Lenora J. Thomas, 88, of Greensburg, died Saturday, June 30, 2018 in Westmoreland Manor, Hempfield Township.  She was born October 6, 1929 in Southwest Greensburg, a daughter of the late John P. and Bessie (Betz) Thomas.  Prior to retirement she had been employed by Stuart Drug & Surgical and Owens & Miner.  She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Southwest Greensburg.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Sara A. Thomas; a granddaughter, Carrisa;  a brother, Edward Thomas; and a sister Estella Mough. She is survived by her sons: James L. Thomas of Greensburg; David A. (Cindy) Thomas of Southwest Greensburg and Glenn A. Thomas of Southwest Greensburg; 5 grandchildren: David Thomas, Amanda (Brandon) Boyd, Brian (Kelly) Thomas, Jason Thomas and Evan Thomas; 3 great grandchildren: Mikaela Thomas, Aubree Boyd and Anniston Thomas; 3 sisters: Evelyn Hewitt of Greensburg; Carol (Paul) Love of Greensburg and Patricia (Paul) Fein of New York; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8  PM Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday in the funeral home with Rev. Tammy Falcsik officiating. Private interment will be held in Westmoreland County Memorial Park. The family would like to thank Bella Tori Living and Westmoreland Manor 4A staff for their excellent care.
