Joan “JoAnn” Testa, 86, of Greensburg, died Saturday, August 26, 2017 in her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born February 2, 1931 in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of the late William and Margaret (Hunter) Flannigan. She was a member of St. Bruno Roman Catholic Church, South Greensburg. JoAnn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends cooking and baking for them on special occasions and holidays.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel A. Testa on March 2, 2007; a brother: William Flannigan; and 4 sisters: Evelyn Koskee, Ramona Chenoweth, Constance Coppula and Margaret Flannigan.  She is survived by two sons: Samuel Testa and wife Denise; John Testa and wife Diane all of Greensburg; her daughter: Coreen Sheridan and husband Gary, of Acme; 8 grandchildren whom she loved spending time with and brought her great joy: Joni Robertson (Todd), Deann Scherbick (John), Lori Reese (David), Zachery Sheridan, Colin Sheridan, John Testa, Jr., Joshua Testa and Abby Testa; 5 great grandchildren: Mariah, Delaney, Angelina, David and Lidia;  2 sisters: Catherine Lint, of Mt. Pleasant and Mary Jane Wolfe, of Greensburg;  and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 3 to 9 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 12:30 PM  Wednesday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 1:00 PM in St. Bruno Roman Catholic Church, South Greensburg.  Interment will follow Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.  The family would like to thank Joan’s care givers for their compassionate care.   www.bachafh.com
