James B. Rule, 62, of Greensburg, died Monday, September 4, 2017 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  He was born November 21, 1954 in Greensburg, a son of the late Percy B. and Vivian (Hallberg) Rule.  Prior to retirement he had been employed by Comcast for 39 years.  He was a member of Otterbein Methodist Church, Greensburg, Hilltop Club, 49’ers Club, Roosevelt Club and enjoyed golfing.  Jim had received the green jacket as the winner of the Greensburg Open.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his twin brother: Robert A. Rule on November 13, 2011; and his mother-in-law: Lois Roberta "Bobbie" Benkowski on February 26, 2017.  He is survived by his wife: Susan B. (Benkowski) Rule; his son: James W. Rule and wife Devin of Latrobe; his daughter: Natalie C. Rule of Greensburg; three grandsons who were the love of his life: Liam, Jaxon and Dylan; his brother: John E. Rule and wife Winnie of Greensburg; his sister: Rebecca Bold and husband Paul of Greensburg; his father-in-law: William Benkowski of Greensburg; two sisters-in-law: Marianne Powell and husband Jerry of Ohio and Rebecca Rule of Greensburg; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  A gathering will be held at 10 AM Tuesday on the 16th green at Mt.
