She worked at the American Cyanamide after WWII. She will be remembered as an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and woman. She loved the outdoors and time spent in her flower and vegetable gardens, including the magnificent evergreens that surrounded her house. Her love of animals was evident by the many kitties she adopted as they came from the fields and planted themselves on her patio. She loved traveling and was an extraordinary cook and immaculate housekeeper. Her stylish flair of dressing was unmatched. She loved reading and as the years passed she also developed a passion for the slots! There was a warmth about her and a unique sparkle in her eyes that people naturally gravitated to. She will be missed and her memory treasured forever. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 PM Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. A funeral liturgy will begin at 10 AM Tuesday in the funeral home with the Rev. Earl J. Henry OSB officiating. Entombment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.
