Charles E. Koshinsky, Sr.

Charles E. Koshinksy, Sr., 81, of Greensburg, died Saturday, June 2, 2018 in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital.  He was born January 6, 1937 in Luxor, a son of the late John and Grace (Sullenberger) Koshinsky.  Prior to retirement he had been employed by Latrobe Steel with 42 years of service.  He attended Forbes Road Christian Fellowship and was a former member of The Odd Fellow.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi (Loughner) Koshinsky in 1988; two sons, Charles E. Koshinsky, Jr. and Glen A. Koshinsky; and a daughter, Ruth Barkasi.  He is survived by his son, John Koshinsky, Sr. and wife Cindy of Latrobe, 3 grandchildren, John Koshinsky, Jr., Joshua Koshinsky and Sarah Koshinsky; one great grandson, Dominic; and a sister, Alberta Koshinsky of Greensburg.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. A funeral service will begin at 1 PM Thursday in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Unity Cemetery. www.bachafh.com
