Sara A. (Plumb) Thomas, 61, of Southwest Greensburg, died Thursday, December 21, 2017 in her home.  She was born August 6, 1956 in Greensburg, a daughter of Mary Dawn (Ellison) Plumb of Irwin and the late Michael Plumb.  Sara had been employed by the Diocese of Greensburg as the business manager at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Youngwood.  She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg.  In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Glenn A. Thomas; her son, Evan M. Thomas at home; 2 brothers, Michael Plumb of Irwin and William Plumb and wife Alise of Houston, TX; her sister, Mary Kay Cassarino of Irwin; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Tuesday, December 26 at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 9:00 AM Wednesday, December 27 in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 9:30 AM in Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg.  Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.  www.bachafh.com
