Ruth L. (Willochell) Assini, 87, of Greensburg, died peacefully Thursday, December 21, 2017.  She was born December 7, 1930 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Daniel and Ella (Moore) Willochell. Prior to retirement she had been a bookkeeper for the family business, Willochell Ice and for the Diocese of Greensburg at St. Paul Parish.  She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph D. Assini on March 11, 2009; and her sister, Nancy Hyduke.  She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Seiler and husband Robert G., and Judith MacEvoy and husband Lee W. all of Greensburg; three grandsons, Matthew Seiler and fiancé Sarah Landon, Michael Seiler and Daniel Ciccone (Amanda); one anticipated great-grandson; her niece, Ruth Guter and husband Richard of Greensburg; and her great-niece, Robin Guter and fiancé Brandon Coulter of Somerset.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg.  Prayers will begin at 11:00 AM Wednesday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 11:30 AM in Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg.  Entombment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum.  www.bachafh.com
