Marilyn L. Burrell, 81, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, September 13, 2017 in her home.  She was born in 1936 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Tartle) Shume.  Marilyn had been a homemaker and was a nanny for 18 years.  She is Catholic by faith.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her infant daughter.  She is survived by her husband: Ronald D. Burrell; her son: Andy Burrell and wife Caroline of Greensburg; her daughter: Rhonda Stayrook and husband Charles of Export; two grandchildren: Sean Stayrook (Kaitlyn) of West Mifflin and Caitlin Stayrook of Export; her brother: Edward Shume and wife Dee of Monroeville; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends will be received from 12 to 1 PM Saturday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg where a funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 1 PM.  Private interment in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery.  www.bachafh.com
