Kirk A. “JR” Tack, Jr., 33, died Monday, November 13, 2017 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.  He was born December 14, 1983 in Latrobe, a son of Kirk A. Tack, Sr. and Kimberly Greenawalt.  He held various jobs in many states.  He was preceded in death by several grandparents.  In addition to his parents he is survived by three children: Destiny Tack, Jakobe Tack and Devon Tack; his brother: Joshua Tack; his sister: Kayla Tack; several step-brothers and step-sisters; one of his aunts who raised him: Dorene Tack-Waldron; several grandparents, including William James Benner; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  Friends will be received from 4 to 7 PM Saturday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg where a funeral service will follow at 7 PM with The Rev. Robert A.
