Hugh Perotti, 96, of Greensburg, died Thursday, September 21, 2017 in Hempfield Manor, Hempfield Township. He was born April 18, 1921 in Greensburg, a son of the late Conrad and Ida (Benenchetti) Perotti. Prior to retirement, he was a painting contractor in the Greensburg area for 50 years.  He was a member of Maplewood United Presbyterian Church, Greensburg. He had served in the US Army Air Corp during WWII.  Hugh was a former member of L.O.O.M. in Greensburg and DAV #35 of Westmoreland County. He enjoyed gardening and vacationing.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife: Jennie (Gillio) Perotti on March 13, 2009; and a sister, Dolores L. Cerilli. He is survived by his daughter: Rita Perotti, of Greensburg; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no public visitation.  Family and friends are invited to a funeral service on Tuesday, September 26 at 11 AM in Maplewood Presbyterian Church, Greensburg.  Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park. Full military services will be conducted by the Armbrust Veterans Association.
