Dolores A. (Supro) Rinier, 82, of Norvelt, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Forbes Regional Hospital. She was born August 19, 1934 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Marcinko) Supro. Dolores was a member of St. Florian Roman Catholic Church, United. Dolores loved to cook and bake for her family. She was famous for her delicious nutrolls. Dolores was also a fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Throughout her life she attended games at Forbes Field, Three Rivers Stadium and PNC Park. In addition to her parents Dolores was preceded in death by her sisters, Louise Santavy on September 24, 1997 and Eleanor Cain on March 23, 2017. Dolores is survived by her loving husband of fifty-nine years, Renald E. Rinier; five daughters: Roxanne Rinier of Mt Pleasant; Romayne Rinier of Greensburg; Robin (Philip) Gattens of Murrysville, Roberta (Michael) Hogan of Greensburg and Rhonda (Douglas) Smith of Greensburg; one son: Renald M. Rinier of Norvelt; four grandchildren: Jennifer and Matthew Hogan and Nicholas and Jacob Smith; several cousins, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Dolores is also survived by her beloved cat, Emma. Dolores will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Sunday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg. Prayers will begin at 9:45 AM Monday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral mass to be celebrated at 10:30 AM in St. Florian Roman Catholic Church, United, with the Rev. John A. Sedlack, as celebrant. Interment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery. The Mt. Pleasant Township Lions Club will hold a service on Sunday at 7PM in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Florian Church or the Westmoreland County Humane Society. St. Padre Pio, bless us. Pray, hope and don’t worry.
