Charles H. McKee, 79, of Mt. Pleasant, died Wednesday, September 13, 2017 in his home.  He was born December 20, 1937 in Scottdale, a son of the late Clarence and Cora Elizabeth (Ream) McKee.  He was a retired construction worker for the Labor Union.  He was a member of New Stanton United Methodist Church.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by an infant son: Charles.  He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Marlene J. (McGill) McKee; his son: Edward C. McKee and wife Melissa of Mt. Pleasant; five daughters: Darlene Bennett and husband Timothy of Conowingo, MD, Lynn Bompiani and husband Mark of Everson, Tracy Withrow and husband Russell of Greensburg, Patricia Pierce and husband Daniel of Canada and Stacie Mongell and husband Anthony of Mt. Pleasant; 13 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three sisters.  There will be no public visitation.  All services will be private.  LEO M.
